Hello to my fellow brewers 
I started brewing about a year ago. I needed a creative outlet after my father passed away, and brewing seemed a fun choice. I've got three batches made (so far), and am keen to make LOTS more. Started using the Android app when brewing to calculate the SRM and IBU. Then, used the ABV calculator after getting both the OG and FG readings on my brews (until the hydrometer broke -sigh- getting refractometer as a birthday gift to myself). I just unlocked the Premium Membership (something I haven't done in any online forum I've been a member of). Brewing is a hobby/craft/obsession that I really dig because of all the facets involved. I'm really glad i decided to pick up the kit and get brewing.
