Hello. I have been a homebrewer for years, but took a bit of a break after having our first born son and then twin son/daughter two years after that. I was an extract brewer and kegged my beer. Before the twins, I had started building an all grain single tier HERMS system. I just finished building the HERMS after trying to get back into it whenever I have spare time (twins are 7yo now - long hiatus). I plan to do my first all-grain batch soon. I just need to put the finishing touches on a few things (DIY counterflow chiller, calibrating grain mill, etc) and I'm good to go.
