I have been brewing sporadically since the mid 90's. My brewing frequency has become more consistent over the past 3 years when I switched to a keg system. I then began all-grain brewing using the Brew In A Bag (BIAB) method with excellent results.
Welcome to fold! Agreed - kegging makes brewing and drinking much more fun! BIAB is also a pretty slick way of doing all grain.
