...Byron Center . Just set myself up with this website to brew my first all grain brew. Did a ~2-gallon BIAB mash on my stovetop/oven of a Dusseldorf Alt recipe I created. All went well, extract efficiency about 79% which surprised me. After all the boiling was done, yeast only took about 5 hours to start the wort bubbling. Can't wait to taste it in a few weeks.
