Hi, Craigerrr. A lot of syrup kits 30+ years ago, a few more on and off since then, with some wines here and there too. Haven't done an all grain as of yet, except a small mini-mash once (to compliment a kit). I'll probably be able to afford some all-grain gear next summer (SS mash tun, kettle, and burners), might even go for a HERMS system. I got the bug again...lol.
