What better way to celebrate than closing on a house and signing a bunch of documents! Party

    Congrats JMC!!!
Was working up a recipe and needed a name so how about "New House Pale Ale"?
Lots of bitter with plenty of alcohol but needs a smooth finishing hop.
    Cheers!
