Happy National Beer Day everybody!

Planning to brew a cream ale today and drink the hoppiest thing I can find while I do so.

How do you plan to celebrate the day?

Well, that was an interesting, DOH!, experience. Who'd have thunk it that whole hops will plug up your brew kettles spigot if you don't have a filter on it... not me.. der.. the damdest silliest little things that really screw up an otherwise clean brew session. :shock:

A product called a 'bazooka screen' would be a good option for preventing this in the future. I use hops bags myself.
