Hi there. I have been brewing beer for 10 months. Started with mostly Coopers kits(10 brews) then upgraded to extract (6brews) and I am doing my first allgrain this weekend! Whoop whoop!!! I started using Brewersfriend about the same time as I started extracts, and I am very grateful. Have even concoct my own Brown Ale recipe with very good results.

Got a recipe from a well established brewer, no just to figure out how to use BrewersFriend to fine tune it. Got a lot of questions, but will first run through FAQ before I bother you folk ;)
 
Kingpaul: How about posting some African recipes for us to try? I'd be particularly interested in trying to brew a sorghum-based beer.... Several of us like to work on rare or obsolete styles - I'm working on Polish Grodziskie and a style from my home, Kentucky Common - always happy to incorporate new ideas from new places!
