I've been brewing for a couple seasons now, started AG batches over the summer and now looking for ways to streamline my process and gain a few more efficiency points. Welcome and congrats on recently going all grain! Being from Oregon, I have to give a nod to the many delicious beers made in California. My latest fav is Racer 5 IPA from Bear Republic. I am also a long time fan of Lagunitas IPA.
