I boiled lid on and off, on it was because temp in my cellar where i brew was/is 4.5C also there is 2-2.5 inch whole in the lid.
Went to fermenter today.
Mash temp feels ok to me, i took that little safeside so that i don´t overshoot it like i did last time.
