Gravities not registering properly (probably because of me!)

Hi all,

First brew using this software. I'm working between the browser and the app.
Despite the app telling me I'm all synced up I'm not getting the right info on my fermentation screen...

The OG was supposed to be 1049 but has changed after an updated sample was input...

Also, I've updated a third gravity reading on the app and it hasn't been reflected on the browser version despite 'syncing'.

Can anyone show me where I've gone wrong based on these below screenshots?
