I am also leaning toward the G30 and although its a longer video Beer & BBQ by Larry has a really good video on using the G30. He makes mistakes but covers things in detail.
I don't use the software here for recipes and brewing, but I thought that they created equipment profiles for the all in one units on the market. One thing to keep in mind is the recoverable dead space below the malt pipe (basket). It isn't a loss, but you need to take it into account when calculating your mash thickness
