I'm on something of a hiatus, since I've have been "golfing" (in parenthesis because some would certainly just call it hacking) .. for many years and since the warm weather came about... well ... I've been focused on the hacking/golfing.
It's been about two months since brewing last and I'm getting some itch... not to mention hardly a day goes by that someone doesn't ask about it or a fellow brewer doesn't stop in ask a question or give a status of his latest creation. I've got to order some supplies and get a batch of something brewed... last night, I drank my last two bottles!

Have a small jug of very local maple syrup in the fridge and a maple brown recipe formulated that I think needs to happen very soon.
