Long time brewer fist time Brewers Friend....
I have been extract brewing on and off for more then 15 years now and about to make the plunge into all grain. Hopefully will be doing my first all grain this weekend.

If you have not guessed already I'm Aussie (from country Vic) and I have been seduced by the dark side. (a passion for dark ales and the like)

I'd love to be as close to the malt suppliers as you are I see keg King store or deppo is in Victoria.
Anyhow good luck in the dark side enjoy your roasted malts I've yet to brew a stout or porter bit sure come winter it'll appeal to me more . Cheers

Plenty of good suppliers around , i can see Joe White / BB malthouse from my roof ...i tend to buy Gladfields and Weyerman malts though .
Welcome mate , AG brewing isn't that hard a change once you have decent fermentation and yeast practices down pat like many extract based guys already do
