Hi guys, thought I better say hi to everyone. I've been brewing for many years but took a long break in between and have only just got back into it over the last 2 years.

I used to just do Coopers cans with the mates but have got into BIAB and just recently built a recirculating 1V rig that I've been playing around with.

I'm a big fan of Pale Ales and XPA's and don't mind an IPA or two.

Cheers and looking forwarding to chatting

Yep a lot of Aussie home Brewers youse coopers lager cans and cane sugar and that's all they ever brew. Good on ya for splashing out and exploring the possibilities of all grain brewin.

welcome, you'll get bit buy the bug eventually, when you do "good Luck" :)

Now the big question !
Crows or Port ?
Good to see another Sth Aussie here , BIAB is a great way to brew and once you go AG you never go back

Hope you mean the Power !
Will have a better season next year , I mean it couldn't get much worse right ?

If you find yourself in Port Adelaide , give me a yell and I'll give you some of my Rye XPA
