Hi.

I've been brewing on and off for about 10 years now.

Recently had our first child so I went on a year long hiatus.

I acquired a Brewers Edge from a friend as a gift and have recently been trying to learnt he system and make it work as my time and space have become incredible limited.

So far I brewed a SmasH cascade pale ale to sort of learn the new system. Got a terrible 54% efficiency.

I have an oatmeal stout I made a million times in the fermenter that seems a few point better after a few tweaks to my system.

Anyways, just saying hello!!
