For those who enjoy a Sour

It's the base sour from Jester King brewery in Austin, Tx. The grist isn't what drew me in personally, since it's pretty basic (and changes depending on what they have around, apparently.) The yeast they use is really cool and I may attempt to do just that from flowers around my house this spring. Jester King's Sour
