Follow-up question to Bottle conditioning below

Is there any benefit (or harm) to shaking the bottles to stir up any sediment that was created while the bottles were cool prior to moving them to a warmer location?

Transporting them have have done the trick but if you want extra peace of mind, sure give them another shake. I don't think it will hurt.
