First time 2 stage Fermentation with dry hop additions

I've done a Saison with Hull Melon, another with Mandarina. Prefer the Melon. The Mandarina tastes like a tangerine, but harsh, like you zested too deep into the pith.

I'm with you. I like the Huell (or Hull...or Hüll...whichever) characteristics more than the Mandarina.
