Looks like a nice malty easy drinking beer not that ive brewed a red yet seeing as i am a natural ranga youd think i would of done so buy now. Save the best for last i suppose.

Great stuff, thanks for the encouragement. I plan to brew this twice (and make 2 stouts) by culturing up a pack of WLP004. I may tweak it a bit after tasting and before brewing for the second run, If so I will come back here in 6 to 8 weeks. Happy brewing!

I also like caraaroma for delivering nice deep red hues and some solid maltiness.

Bought a kg of it a couple of moths ago and been loving the brews with it.
