Pulled another sample of Dirty Bohemian tonight, sour taste and smell. Pretty sure I've got an infected batch. HOPING it's just one. I have 2 kegs of Shady Boh from the same fermenter(after the Dirty Bohemian) and a batch of That 70s Beer in it right now..I did clean the fermenter between batches, hopefully whatever it was, ammonium quad and acid sanitizer killed it. My Scotch Ale came out fine, but that was a smaller batch in the 30l.
