I.P.M.S. - Indian Pale Milk Stout (I know, beer purists are twitching right now)

STATS:
Original Gravity: 1.067
Final Gravity: 1.022
ABV (standard): 5.89%
IBU (tinseth): 111.67
SRM (morey): 32.15

FERMENTABLES:
9 lb - American - Pale 2-Row
0.5 lb - American - Black Malt
1 lb -Caramel / Crystal 40L
0.5 lb - Flaked Barley
0.5 lb - American Chocolate
1 lb - Lactose

HOPS:
2 oz - Fuggles, Boil for 60 min
2 oz - Brewer's Gold, Boil for 60 min
2.5 oz - Cascade, Aroma for 15 min

Thoughts?

I think it would be better without the milk, I think the milk and cascade do not play well but Ive been wrong too lol
 
It actually wasn't bad with the cascade making up a small part of the hop bill. It had to settle in the keg for a month but it did really well at the brew fest yesterday. A restaurant chose it to be brewed and put on tap. I say try it out, just let it sit because the high ibu at first will be undrinkable. once it settles and the lactose mellows it out, its a pretty good brew.
 
If you try it out Ozarks, let it sit for a good month. It was almost undrinkable until the hops mellowed out.
 
thats what I was thinking so a milder flavored hop with the same ibu might be better for the finish
