First go at a traditional German Weissbier

@Trialben Ben !!!!!! hello southern brother . decoction went off with out a hitch brought my temp from 151 up to 168 for mashout. also gave me a really good bump in my efficiency
Well this brew I'm going to have to recall strawberry murk it's a 50/50 pils wheat no decoction and FWH ed to 20 IBU with tettnanger. Look forward to seeing how your Erdinger plans out:)!

Yes @rabeb25 I made that connection I've read your articles on LODO and watched your process videos on your YouTube channel.

I brewed that recipe for a small family reunion... 2 weeks in the fermenter 1 week cold conditioning 2 more in the keg @ 12 psi and it was perfect
