First custom IPA recipe.

    This is something I just put together using tips from other recipes I've seen. Let me know what you think and offer any suggestions.

    Boil Time: 60 min
    Batch Size: 22 liters
    Boil Size: 11 liters
    OG: 1.050
    FG: 1.011
    ABV: 5.04%
    IBU: 49.47
    SRM: 8.51

    Fermentables
    3.5kg Light LME

    500g UK Crystal 50L steeped
    250g UK Caramalt steeped

    Hops
    30g Cascade Pellet 7.7 Boil 60 min 17.03
    30g Amarillo Pellet 10 Boil 60 min 22.12
    10g Cascade Pellet 7.7 Boil 30 min 4.36
    10g Amarillo Pellet 10 Boil 30 min 5.67
    5g Cascade Pellet 7.7 Boil 1 min 0.12
    5g Amarillo Pellet 10 Boil 1 min 0.16

    Yeast
    Danstar - Nottingham Ale Yeast

    agreed. i really like amarillo in my IPAs / APAs. Citra too
