Fill a barrel

Some friends recently bought a buffalo trace barrel from a local brewery that's goingreat out of business. I think it last held a sour barleywine.

They don't brew that much, so I feel as though I'll be asked to contribute pretty soon.

Anyone have any ideas?

When our brew club does it, we settle on a recipe, then everyone brews it. Some variance but mostly the same stuff.
