When brewing Belgians and a few IPAs, I regularly add sugars to the fermentor to dry the beer out. By doing this I have to calculate my efficiency and ABV by hand. The late additions for the fermentables are great that it doesn't add to the pre-boil gravity, but the OG is off terribly since the sugars are calculated and not there yet.
Any thoughts on adding "To fermentor" to the fermentable options? And a brew log entry for "Sugar addition"?
Thanks
Troy
