Love the fermentation tracker - I have a raspberry pi push data to BF; it's great. One request though would be to be able to resize the x and y axis so that I'm not always seeing a large range.
Y axis - I always see 30 degrees f to 100 degrees f. My fermentation is within 60 - 70 degrees f thus my temps over time look like a straight line more or less. It'd be great to limit the range to 50-80 degrees.
X axis - similarly, when going from a all days to one day view, the graph is is showing 15 min increments, but the data doesn't start until 7/8ths to the right end of the graph. I'd like to see a full day consume the whole graph.
Example graph below that is not utilizing the space right.
