For those of you who keep up with these kind of things, yesterday was the feast of our Patron Saint, St. Arnold: "From man's sweat and God's love, beer came into the world"

    Dona eis cerevisium.

And in His Honor (or the honor of St Arnold Brewery in Galveston), Koelleweizen is in the fermenter! It's based on St. Arnold Brewery's "Fancy Weedwhacker."

    Dona eis cerevisium.

Just finished watching a German flick (no, I don't need the subtitles), so I'll answer with a hearty "Zum Wohl!"

Come on you guys. Ive seen enough WW2 movies to know that the Germans only spoke English, but with a German accent.

I'm doing the Blonde tomorrow. Don't go there man.... ;-)

They're going to brew my Koelleweizen, if they haven't already, at the Dillon Dam Brewery. Dry Dock South is going to brew my Grodziskie sometime later this year.

Right on. I dig that Grodz. Have I tried the Koelleweizen? If so I don't remember. Bring some next time.

Roger, wilco. Or go up to Dillon Dam Brewery at the end of the month - should be on tap up there!
