I understand that calculations throughout the site round up all preliminary figures, and apply greater precision only to the final value. But I think this is taken to the extreme with regard to displaying these numbers, which makes it more difficult for brewers to visualize their recipes.
It is very common to deal with eighths, quarters, etc. in brewing, and I'd much rather see 0.125 and 0.25 than 0.1 or 0.3. It is not intuitive, and leads one to perform constant corrective mental math in order to view the "real" values one is dealing with. This is especially true for weights and volumes.
Can we see 3 digits of decimal precision throughout the display at some point?
Thanks for the consideration.
