Hi there,
in the brewing steps, after worth cooldown, before fermenting, there is a step which tells you the expected first reading.
Thus is much higher than the OG displayed at the receipe header.
Can someone please explain why there is a difference?
(I do BIAG)

If your actual extraction efficiency is higher than what the recipe builder is set for, your OG will be higher. I believe the default is 75%, so if you actual efficiency is 85%, then the OG will be higher then predicted. The easiest way to fix this is add water. You would first boil the water for a minute or so, then cool it down before adding it. Or you could just let it go, you will end up with a stronger beer.

What was the expected and actual gravity readings?

I don't mean the different between expected and actual gravity, but the different between expected gravity after cooldown as stated in the brewing step (1.058) vs. the OG in the receipe (1.055). So both calculated...

There are many things that can affect the OG of your wort. But be advised that 1.058 and 1.055 are very close, well within any limits that homebrewers would usually expect.

My advice is to not worry about it, but do some research into the factors that can affect this and pay attention to those factors the next time you brew.

Can you clarify from where these two different values are found?

I think he means in the app. Why is there a difference?
