Ok, thanks for all the Pale Ale idea's, now I need a good ESB recipe.
What is your tried and true one?

Original Gravity: 1.053
Final Gravity: 1.011
ABV (standard): 5.4%
IBU (tinseth): 36.7
SRM (morey): 10.71

FERMENTABLES:
9.75 lb - United Kingdom - Golden Promise (90.7%)
12 oz - American - Caramel / Crystal 90L (7%)
4 oz - Belgian - Aromatic (2.3%)

HOPS:
0.5 oz - Magnum, Type: Pellet, AA: 15, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 26.14
0.5 oz - Perle, Type: Pellet, AA: 8.2, Use: Boil for 15 min, IBU: 7.09
1 oz - East Kent Goldings, Type: Pellet, AA: 5, Use: Boil for 5 min, IBU: 3.47

MASH GUIDELINES:
1) Infusion, Temp: 148 F, Time: 90 min, Amount: 4.3 gal
2) Fly Sparge, Temp: 168 F, Time: 60 min, Amount: 4.3 gal
Starting Mash Thickness: 1.2 qt/lb

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
250 ml - potassium metabisulphite, Type: Water Agt, Use: Mash

YEAST:
Wyeast - London ESB Ale 1968
 
The real Fuller's is a diacetyl bomb. Watch your fermentation if you don't want this result.
