Error with Strike water volume

My mash thickness is set at 1.83 quarts per pound:

For 7.75 pounds of grain, Brew steps provide the following:

Log entries provide the following efficiencies:

I'm assuming that the strike water volume error is causing the strangely inaccurate efficiencies. Any help here?
