Why cannot brew log data from the "All grain recipe template" (or any other template) be entered into the "brew session" to obtain reference calculations for efficiency and similar? The mashing timing cannot be entered as far as I can see?

You had some great ideas for features, but unfortunately you're right that at this moment, you can't just take a manually recorded brew session and enter it in step-by-step to the automatic session tracker. Once those features are implemented, this should be easier to do.
