Efficiency's update while you brew.

When i'm brewing I take readings as i go. If i have a higher/lower than expected conversion or a greater/less water lose i adjust my snapshot recipe to match this profile. It allows me to adapt my hop additions to maintain the BU/GU ratio. At this point it i can also do a dilution/boil off if required. I'm more for quality over quantity.

Is there a way to handle these adjustments better within the brew day/snapshot recipe format.
