(DONE) Water Chemistry Localized

When I make all-grain recipes it would be nice if I could pick my local water chemistry that I have entered in my profile from the drop down. Its kind of annoying entering the same thing in every recipe when it's right there in my profile.

The recipe editor will now display your water profile in the Target Water Profile drop down box.

You can setup your water profile under the gear icon in the upper right corner -> Water Profile.
