Okay, so my idea was that it may make more sense to have the data from the brew session (ABV, OG, FG...) instead of using the projected data from the recipe itself.

I'm still a beginner, so my OG anf FG seldom match the recipe projections. I also think that if you're brewing somebody else's recipes, the actual values will most likely be different, due to different process, equipment etc.

In any case, I think it's more "correct" to have the values from what is actually in the bottle rather than what the recipe author expects. Maybe the expected values from the recipe could be optionally added in parenthesis or something?

    (this thread is a spin-off from viewtopic.php?f=7&t=179&p=2689#p2689 )

Re: (NEXT RELEASE) Use data from brew session for labels

Next release will allow data from brew session to flow into recipe label generator, override of most fields, and add comments, brew date, and bottle date fields.

Updated recipe label builder is live, allows overriding of fields.

New fields: comments, brew date, and bottle date.

The link from brew session page feeds in data from that brew session.

    Enjoy! :D
