I just measured the fast ferment test for my double IPA that has enzyme extract in the fermenter and it stopped at -0.2 Plato. This is 100+% apparent attenuation and BF doesn't support that.

I think that should be as simple as relaxing the input value checking.

Entering 101% custom attenuation in the recipe works, though.

    That can be done.

How is it possible though? Was the initial reading off?

I pulled wort from the 60 C mash and set it aside to add it to the fermenter. This wort had active b-amylase that kept working and made a super fermentable wort.

    I experimented with this on a smaller scale a while back: http://braukaiser.com/blog/blog/2012/09 ... fermenter/

Yep this was a fairly simple change.

An FG of -10 degrees Plato, with an attenuation of up to 150% will be supported in the next release!

technically you only have to support up to 122 % ADF (apparent degree of fermentation) since this matches 100% RDF (real degree of fermentation).
