(DONE) Sortable "Other Ingredients"

Pretty self explanatory. I'd like to be able to sort the "other ingredients" column. It doesn't need to be highly interactive with items that can be dragged around. Maybe just a sequencing ID field so they can be manually sorted.

I would think sorting by use, time, then name would make sense.

I like to see the ingredients in the order they are used, similar to how hops are sorted.

Exactly. Right now, if I do not enter them in the order in which they are used, I have to live with it or delete the out-of-order items and re-enter them.

This will go out in the next release. Turned out to be simple.
