Kaiser pointed out, very politely, that the BF conversion efficiency logic was not matching up with his spreadsheet. We went ahead and deployed a patch tonight that addresses that. If anything it reports higher because the new equation accounts for the volume increase from the dissolved sugars.

We also clarified some terms around efficiency. If your recipe is set in batch size 'kettle' mode, the efficiency is now labeled as 'Ending Kettle'. Lauter efficiency was relabled as Pre-Boil Efficiency, and this should now make more sense on the brew log page. Kettle Efficiency was relabled as Ending Kettle Efficiency.
