dont see it on the list iam trying it this week end thx

We can get that added into the system.

For now, you can specify it as a custom yeast.

Went to the largest home brew store in Portland today to buy this - FH Steinbart, and they didn't even know what it was.... FAIL.

BRY-97 will be added in the next release.

I am going to use it in my next IIPA, should be fun. It is just another mutated version of the popular clean profile Chico strain - a close relative to Wyeast 1056, White Labs 001, US-05.
