(DONE) ingredients inventory in printable format

As per Larry, my original request was for ingredients inventory (which works awesome btw). I would now like to be able to print my ingredients out (or export to text file as well).

This was pretty easy to accomplish given we already have a print recipe function. This will go out in the next release!

The inventory print option is now live, look for the Print Inventory button on the inventory page near the top (next to the add button).
