Deleted a recipe by mistake – any way to retrieve it?

I deleted my first NEIPA recipe after dismissing it as a draft, only to realise it contained the hop schedule I used in the beer I made.

Is there some way to retrieve recipes on here? It was only my third recipe – rookie error.

There was a similar post on this some months ago, they were able to resurrect the recipe, maybe @Yooper can help?
