Does anyone know the difference between these two in the Recipe Editor? I'm trying to find Munich Type II(Weyermann's) and one of the listed Dark-Munich-Dark malts is apparently the afforementioned Weyermann's. The Disastatic power of Dark Munich is listed as 40. For the Munich Dark it's listed as 25. The reason why i ask is because I'm wanting to do a SMASH with the Munich Type II(Weyermann's) but even 40 points seem kind of low for an 11 pound batch. I also can't find the Diastatic power of the Munich Type II. Any help is appreciated.
