i added 50g of choc malt at end of mash to reduce astringent ash tray. i double decocted as well. ended up way abive expected 1.052 at 1.064 but checking gravity a couple of days back it was sitting at 1.012 so highly fermentable wort was priduced from decoction. just giving you some beer for thought Hawk:).
