thanks for any useful help or assistance

Sorbet is just fruit and sugar, frozen.

Perhaps 500g of fruit puree, 200g of sugar and maybe some water if the sugar doesn't fully dissolve.

You cannot simply freeze it, or it will be like an ice pop. Instead, you need to stir it as with an ice cream maker. This adds air and gives the sorbet its relatively soft texture.

Which fruits? Check the label of what you got from Costco.

I think that ice cream is made with a amount salt to keep it from freezing solid, not sure if the same applies with sorbet. Oddly, I have only had sorbet two or three times in my life, one of those times was tonight! We were at friends for dinner tonight, and that is what they served. I really enjoyed it, it was nice while watching Rocky Horror Picture Show!

Man, I got a recipe somewhere for no carb cinnamon rolls that'll knock your socks off. Main ingredient is mozzarella. Don't laugh until you've tried one.
It sounds good. Wouldn't knock anything like that LOL.

I agree, very good beer, I'm delighted :):)

You found the Playbot site LOL.
The mini speakers used to be funny. You asked about its favorite position, and it said "I don't have a body".
