Magnum is a clean bittering hop, not so useful for aroma so you might take that out.

The flaked wheat may be redundant with such a large qty of wheat in the grain bill already.

It may benefit from using a different yeast, like White Labs American Hefe (WLP320), Wyeast 1010 American Hefe, or Wyeast 1272 American Ale II.
thanks for the reply Larry. If I take out the magnum hops what would I use its place?
Up the Simcoe to match the IBU, or just leave them out.
