ControversiALE (FKA Hangin Frank)

Anybody familiar with this beer from Shorts (Bellaire, MI)?
Search and search and search, I cannot find the typical "clone" recipe that one gets by simply googling "[beer name] recipe"

Just making an extract IPA at 6% and 67 IBU is one thing, but really not sure where to go to for the "cool sensation of toasted sourdough". Victory? Toast some 2-row? Special Roast?

Any guidance/suggestions appreciated. A few of us homebrewers that work together desire to create something close to this.

this should be good, don't have any info on that beer but this is close to the description, instead of the Munich I added some victory and upped the ibu

that looks close but the hops has a really strong flavor, not sure about the dry hop, might be better after is settles in 30 days lol
