Hi there,
I've currently got 10 gallons of AIPA in the conical in my fermentation chamber.
I've dry hopped it with:
2.2 ounces Cascade - 7 days ago
1.3 ounces Chinook - 7 days ago
2.2 ounces Galaxy - 4 days ago

I want to cold crash it before bottling so what do you guys do? I was thinking of dropping the temp to 35deg for 3 days or so.
Cheers :)

i personally do dry hopping 1 week at ferm temps, 2 weeks at cold crash temp (37ºF). Although you don't need to crash that long, i find aging cold for a couple weeks always tastes better to me.

yes you could drop the temp in your conical for 3 days and then drain to bottle fine, going to a secondary isn't necessarily unless you can drop the secondary just as cold
