Cold crash

How cold? With cooler nights, I am tempted to store my ready to bottle carboy on my porch at night. Are there lower limits?

not freezing or frost at all at any point but just above 36 to 40 is fine, cold crashing only works if you let it set over a couple of days, 3 or more days at the same temperature is best
