In my opinion, that looks proper. I prefer my drinks fizzy.

It's over carbed to be honest, I needed it for weekend and only had a couple of days so I gave it 30psi and let it sit. Turned out pretty good

I gave it 30 pounds of pressure and let it sit, so to be honest, it's over carbed. It came out rather well I'm glad I discovered cider brewing since a satisfying evening is completed with a decent pint of cider.

I did some experimental ciders recently. French oaked one, raisins and spices in another. I kegged some straight cider and dried out some for wine bottles. I forgot to cold crash the dry cider so there is a bit of sediment in each bottle....oh well!
